Thank you for choosing Call A Marketer. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


 

Services Provided

Call A Marketer offers hourly or bundled training, consulting, and marketing support services. Services can be customized to meet the specific needs of clients and delivered on an hourly or package basis.

Client Information Requirements

To access our services, clients must provide the following:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Payment information via a secure payment provider

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Hourly and Completed Sessions: Payments for completed calls are non-refundable.

  • Missed Appointments: No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Clients may reschedule their session up to two times. After the second reschedule, the payment will be forfeited.

  • Bundles and Packages: Bundles and packages are non-refundable once usage has started. However, the remaining value of the package can be applied to other Call A Marketer services within one year of purchase.

  • Unused Packages: Clients may request a refund for unused packages or bundles provided no services have been utilized.

Service Use and Client Responsibilities

  • Liability of Use: Clients are solely responsible for the outcomes of implementing advice or strategies provided during consultations. Call A Marketer acts as a support and training service.

  • Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for effective service delivery.

Guarantees and Limitations

  • No Outcome Guarantees: Call A Marketer does not guarantee specific results, such as increased revenue or leads. Marketing success depends on numerous external variables including budget, market conditions, and offer quality.

  • Limits of Liability: Call A Marketer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Clients retain ownership of the materials they create with our guidance. However, proprietary insights, methods, and tools provided by Call A Marketer remain the intellectual property of Call A Marketer unless explicitly transferred.

  • Restrictions: Clients may not reproduce, sell, or distribute proprietary materials or methods without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

  • Call A Marketer is committed to protecting client information shared during sessions. Information will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Client data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in Saskatchewan, Canada. Clients waive their right to file lawsuits or participate in class actions against Call A Marketer.

  • Call A Marketer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services for clients who violate these terms.

Additional Policies

  • Rescheduling: Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting payment.

  • Third-Party Tools: Call A Marketer is not liable for issues related to third-party tools, platforms, or integrations recommended during consultations.

  • Modifications to Terms: Call A Marketer reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
